Setup new SFTP account on Exavault

1. Login to https://synqware.exavault.com/ (Login: synqware)

2. Select Users from the left panel

3. Click Add New User. Add username, password (choose a strong password), own email (xyz@synqware.com)

4. Select Permissions tab on the same screen

5. Under "What is this user's home folder", select Change, and Create New folder with the same name as login and click OK. See Fig B below.

6. Select appropriate permissions - see Fig A for a recommendation.

7. Click Save and the FTP account is created

8. Share SFTP login as:

Host Server: synqware.exavault.com
Username: <newuser>
Password: <newpassword>
SFTP Port: 22
FTP Port: 21
