Variant_id not found

Example 1:

Solution:

1. Click the Staging tab.

2. Click the Endpoints tab.

3. Find the endpoint Shopify::GetProductIds and click RUN.

4. Click the Orders tab and find the order that errored out with this error. 

5. Click the checkbox next to the order and EXPORT it.



Example 2:

Solution:

This order failed due to the missing SKU 10110111 in Shopify. You can either add the missing SKU/variant in Shopify, or we can "skip" them. Please advise customer service with which option you'd like to do.
