  1. Make sure you are logged into Syncware.
  2. From any page in the platform, click the question mark icon in the top right corner of the screen. The Help Beacon will open.

Answers: View and access top articles or use the search bar feature for key words or phrases to find related articles in our Knowledge Base.

Ask: Get in direct contact with the support team through the live chat* feature, or submit an email case by filling out the form with the details of your issue.
