If you are logged into Syncware
- In the bottom right-hand corner click the blue question mark icon.
From the popup window, you can search our tutorials and help articles.
If you can’t find what you need there or need further help you can submit a help request. Click Ask, fill out the form with your information, then Send a message. It is always a good idea to leave an example of the issue you are having with any other details such as the order number. Screenshots are also a big help in troubleshooting.
We will start investigating the issue ASAP. Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST. We assist in the order in which we receive the request. Some issues can take longer to troubleshoot than others. Our goal is to get you a solution or an update on our progress within one business day.

You can look for troubleshooting and self-help guides in the knowledge base.
