How to Troubleshoot Duplicate Orders in Quickbooks Desktop

In most circumstances, duplicate orders arise in Quickbooks because more than one session is running and sending to Syncware through the web connector. To determine if this is the issue follow these steps:

  1. Check your session and ensure that only one is installed and running. If there are two, this is the source of the issue. Deactivate one and see if the issue comes back. 
  2. Verify that no one else is running the web connector on another session. You should only run the web connector on one workstation. 
  3. Make sure that only one company file is open when running the web connector. 
  4. If you have verified and corrected all of the above, contact support if the problem persists.
