How to Handle the Unauthorized Error

Some customers are getting the following error when logging into Syncware for Kartell's website. This issue will be resolved soon, however, there is a workaround to get past this error. 

Instructions:

Log into Syncware.

If you see this error, close it by selecting the X on the pop-up window. 

Select Switch back from the dropdown menu (user icon on the top right).

You will then be taken to the current site. This issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
