How to Connect Salesforce to Syncware

  1. Log into your Salesforce Account and Go to the “Setup“.

  1. In Setup > Apps > App Manager
  2. Create a New Connected App

  3. Set the Details below, and make sure to use the SalesForce User email is in the Contact Email field.
    1. Please make sure you select the below scopes:
      1. Manage user data via APIs (API)
      2. Manage user data via Web browsers (web)
      3. Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
      4. Access unique user identifiers (openid)


  1. After saving the above, Go To Manage View.

  1. In Manage > Set the Profile using the Manage Profiles button, it should be the same as the User Profile.

  1. Once saved, please grab the Consumer id and Secret from the screen below and “mange Consumer Details“.

  1. Sometimes it will ask for the Verification Code, which comes from the Admin Email or the User Email.

  1. Once verified, please copy the Key and Secret

Then please send the information over to the Onboarding Team.
