How to Connect Zenoti and Syncware
- Login to Zenoti Admin Panel and navigate to Admin > Setup > Apps.
Click Add on the Manage Applications page.
Enter the following information:
- Name: Enter the name of the application.
- URL: Enter the URL of your Website or the application
- Description (optional): Enter a brief description of the app for which you are generating the API key.
- Login User Type: Check Employee checkbox
- Source App: Select Client App from the drop-down list:
- Click Next.
- Manage the scope of your app by selecting the checkbox of data permissions under the appropriate API groups. Choose your authentication method as API keys (APIKEY GROUPS) to authorize the app users.
- Click Next. Zenoti generates a new Application ID and Secrets (secret key). These are used to generate a new API key.
- Click Generate API Key. Zenoti generates a new API Key for your business and the app.
- Copy the API key on a notepad.
- Click Finish.
To connect to Syncware:
- Log in to Syncware, navigate to the Integrations tab on the left menu.
- Click Configure next to Zenoti
- Take the API key from Step 8 above, and enter it into this field
To Confirm the connection
- Navigate to Settings on the left menu.
- Choose Endpoints
- Run GetLists action by clicking the play button next to the action.
- Check Event Logs You should Get a Success log at the top.
