Finding my account name

Your Syncware account name is established when you initially create your account. You may need to use this when communicating with Support.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your account.

Procedure

1. From the navigation menu click Settings at the bottom.
2. On the Settings page, click Account Details.
3. From the Account Details page your Account Name is displayed.

Result

You have identified the name of your account.
