Exporting an order

While most customers elect to automatically export their orders, the platform provides a user the ability to manually export an order in the event of an error, like a missing or invalid SKU.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your account and your integration includes order exports.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation menu, click Orders.
  2. Use the Search Order feature to the top left and search to find the orders you would like to export.
  3. Select the checkbox of the orders and click the EXPORT TO button to the top right.
  4. A drop-down list will appear, select the location you would like to export your orders to.

Result

The orders you selected will be exported to the destination you designated.
