Exporting an order
While most customers elect to automatically export their orders, the platform provides a user the ability to manually export an order in the event of an error, like a missing or invalid SKU.
Before you begin
Ensure you're logged into your account and your integration includes order exports.
Procedure
- From the navigation menu, click Orders.
- Use the Search Order feature to the top left and search to find the orders you would like to export.
- Select the checkbox of the orders and click the EXPORT TO button to the top right.
- A drop-down list will appear, select the location you would like to export your orders to.
Result
The orders you selected will be exported to the destination you designated.
