Updating your password

Once you have created your user credentials and Syncware account, you may want to update your password. Syncware allows you flexibility to manage your account profile at any time.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your Syncware account.

Procedure

1. From any page in the platform, click the Profile Icon in the top right, select Profile.
2. On the User Details page, click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
3. On the Edit User page, enter the new password you would like to update to.
4. Enter the new password again to confirm, click SAVE.

Result

A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating "password updated successfully".
