Selecting specific SKUs for an integration

If you're looking to limit specific SKUs for an integration, you can create a whitelist of those SKUs. For example, you have 1,000 SKUs loaded into the platform but you only want to send 100 of those SKUs to a specific integration. You can create a whitelist of those 100 SKUs and then send those SKUs to the integration.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your account.

Procedure

1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Filters.
2. On the Filters page, use the drop-down menus to select the desired settings:
   1. Integrations: Select the desired integration.
   2. Actions: Select the Export Products or Export Inventory action.
   3. Filters: Select the Upload Whitelist (SKU) filter.
3. Choosing one of the following options to add SKUs to the whitelist.

• To add a single SKU:

  a. Click ADD FILTER.

  b. In the Add Filter modal, enter the single SKU and click SAVE.

• To add multiple SKUs at once:

  a. Click BULK UPLOAD.

  b. In the Upload Filters modal, click Download Template.

  c. Fill out the spreadsheet with your SKU data and save it as a .csv file.

  d. Drag and drop the .csv file into the Upload Filters modal and click Upload.

Results

The Filters page is updated with the SKUs.
