Integrating Ribbon

The following values are required to connect to Ribbon

  • Vendor ID
  • Agency ID
  • Access Key
  • Secret Token

The Ribbon support team can provide these values for you. From there, enter these values into Syncware by following these steps:


  • Log in To Syncware
  • Click on Integrations
  • Click on Configure next to Ribbon
  • Enter the values in the specified fields
