Integrating Cin7 Core
Cin7 Core is a B2B Online Portal provides a scalable and flexible inventory management platform uniquely focused on companies doing business with each other. The following workflows are support for this integration:
- Sales Orders/Shipments
- Inventory
- Products
- Customers
To integrate Cin7 Core with your Syncware account, you'll need to
- Add Syncware
- Add Cin7 Core
- Connect your Cin7 Core account*
- Map your workflows
- Configure your settings
Add Cin7 Core
- From the navigation menu, select Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click ADD INTEGRATION.
- On the Integrations List page, search Cin7 Core, and click ADD.
- You will be presented with the applicable fees for the integration. To proceed, click REVIEW.
- You will be presented with a summary of the fees that will be billed to you. If you approve, click APPROVE.
Result
Cin7 Core will be added to your Syncware account as an integration.
Connect your Cin7 Core account
To use the connection, you will need to provide your DEAR Account ID and API Application key. These can be created on the API setup page inside the DEAR Inventory application: https://inventory.dearsystems.com/ExternalAPI.
Note: Each company that you have access to in DEAR Inventory will have a different DEAR Account ID.
To enter these values into Syncware please follow these steps:
- Log in to Syncware
- Click on Integrations
- Click on Configure next to Cin7 Core
- Enter the Account ID and API Application Key (App Key) into the given fields.
Result
Your Cin7 Core integration will be connected to Syncware.
Map your workflows
Before you begin, ensure you've reviewed the instructional video for building your workflow with Sync Builder.
- From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Sync Builder.
- On the Sync Builder page, Cin7 Core will be displayed in the Integrations and Actions menu to the left. Use the arrow to display the Cin7 Core available actions.
Configure your settings
- From the navigation menu select Integrations.
- Click the Configure button to the right of your Cin7 Core integration.
- On the Configure Integration page, select the integration fields that you would like configured and input the required information.
