Joining the Wholesale Network as a Retailer
Note: The Syncware Wholesale Network is currently an Early Access program. To participate as a retailer, you must be invited by a Syncware vendor.
Wholesale Network is a next-gen platform that streamlines the wholesale process, empowering businesses to connect, collaborate, and grow. Joining requires the following:
- An invitation from a Synware vendor
- Creation of a Syncware retailer account
- Retailer account integration
Before you begin
Ensure you've received an email invitation from no-reply@syncware.com with the subject line, [ACTION REQUIRED] You have been invited to access Syncware Retailer, to join the Wholesale Network.
Note:
- If you are new to the Syncware Wholesale Network, you'll be required to create a Syncware Retailer Account. Follow the instructions outlined below.
- If you already have a Syncware Retailer Account, use your existing credentials to sign in.
Procedure
- Click the signup link from the Retailer Account email invitation.
- From the Syncware Log In page, click Create Retailer Account.
- Enter the Account Name that best suits your company and click Next.
- Enter your Address details and click Next.
- Create a Syncware Retailer User ID by selecting an email source to connect with:
- Connect With Email
- Enter your email address.
- Enter a password.
- Click Create Syncware User ID.
- Connect With Google
- Select the Google account you would like to sync.
- Click Confirm to sync the selected Google account.
- Connect With Email
- A message will appear instructing you to confirm the email address you used to create the account. Log into your email account, locate the email from Syncware, and click Verify email.
- Return to the Log In page to enter your credentials and gain access to your Retailer Account.
Result
You have created your Retailer Account in Syncware.
Next Steps
Once you've created your Retailer Account, view your vendor connections to accept or reject vendor invitations in the platform.
