How to connect Syncware to your Salesorder account

Step 1: Retrieve your API Key and API Password

1. Log in to your Salesorder.com account.
2. Navigate to Setup > Configuration > API.
3. Enable the API option.
4. Copy the API Key and API Password displayed on the screen.
5. Enter the API Key and API Password into the corresponding fields on the Connect screen in Syncware.

Step 2: Retrieve your Account Number

1. Log in to your salesorder.com account.
2. Navigate to Setup > Your Account.
3. Copy your Account Number displayed on the page.
4. Enter the Account Number into the corresponding field on the Connect screen in Syncware.
