Managing your retailer connections

Retailers invited must accept the invitation and create their account prior to being able to participate. Once a retailer has accepted and connected to Syncware, they will receive ALL orders exchanged through your relationship.
As a vendor, when a retailer you've invited creates their Syncware account and connects, you'll receive an notification in the platform. To view and manage your retailer connections, select Retailers from the navigation menu. From the Retailers page, you can:
- search/view connected retailers
- remove a retailer relationship
