Retrieving missing orders

If an order is missing from Syncware, you may be able to retrieve it by adjusting the "Last Order Import" or "Most Recent Order Import" date in your configuration settings.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your Syncware account and your integration has been mapped for order imports.

Procedure

Adjust "Last Order Import Date" or "Most Recent Order Import"

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. On the Integrations page, locate the integration you are missing an order from.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. From the Configure Integration page, locate the Last Order Import or Most Recent Order Import field.
    1. The field will be formatted as follows: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS (e.g., 2025-02-11T11:39:00 ).
  5. Modify the Import date.
    1. Change only the date (month or day) to a date prior to the missing order's date.
    2. Ensure you do not alter the time, as incorrect formatting may cause errors.
  6. Click SAVE.

Manually Run Your Order Source

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations>Sync Status.
  2. On the Sync Status page, locate the order source and action you are missing an order from.
  3. In the MANUAL RUN column, click the play button.
  4. From the navigation menu, select Orders.
  5. On the Orders page, use the Search Order feature to search for the missing order.

Results

You have manually re-run your order source action to re-import orders that may have been skipped due to a prior cutoff date in the system configuration.
