Integrating Pavo

Pavo is an ERP software that integrates with Syncware. The following workflows are support for this integration:

  • Orders
  • Shipments
  • Inventory
  • Products
  • Customers

To integrate Pavo with your Syncware account, you'll need to

  1. Add Pavo
  2. Connect your Pavo account
  3. Map your workflows
  4. Configure your settings

*To connect your Pavo account, your Pavo API Key is required. To obtain this, refer to the step by step instructions.


Add Pavo

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. On the Integrations page, click ADD INTEGRATION.
  3. On the Integrations List page, search Pavo, and click ADD.
  4. You will be presented with the applicable fees for the integration. To proceed, click REVIEW.
  5. You will be presented with a summary of the fees that will be billed to you. If you approve, click APPROVE.

Result

Pavo will be added to your Syncware account as an integration.


Connect your Pavo account

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. On the Integrations page, Pavo will be displayed as an integration with action buttons to the right, click Connect.
  3. On the Connection page, enter the required information:
    • API Key*
  1. Click SAVE & CONNECT.

Result

Your Pavo integration will be connected to Syncware.


Map your Workflows

Before you begin, ensure you've reviewed the instructional video for building your workflow with Sync Builder.

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Sync Builder.
  2. On the Sync Builder page, Pavo will be displayed in the Integrations and Actions menu to the left. Use the arrow to display the Pavo available actions.

While you can customize your workflow in many ways, the following Pavo actions are available for use:

  1. From the menu, click and drag the actions that you would like to add to the workspace on the right.
  2. Once you have added the actions for your workflow, click SAVE.

Result

Your Pavo actions are ready to be configured and verified.


Configure your settings

  1. From the navigation menu select Integrations.
  2. Click the Configure button to the right of your Pavo integration.
  3. On the Configure Integration page, select the integration fields that you would like configured and input the required information.

While you can configure and customize your integration in many ways, here are some configurations to get you started:

Field Name Field Guide Suggestion
Display Products When ON, product details will be stored in Syncware.
Import On Hand Inventory Only When ON, Syncware will pull inventory values from the OnHand column in Pavo.
Use Line Item Price When ON, Syncware will use the line item price for the item on an order.
Suppress Order Discount When ON, the order discount will be omitted when calculating the discount for a line item.
  1. Click SAVE in the top right corner of the page once complete.

Result

Your Pavo settings have been configured.
