Managing your vendor and retailer connections
Note: The Syncware Wholesale Network is currently an Early Access program. To participate as a retailer, you must be invited by a Syncware vendor.
Sales Agencies are required to create a Syncware Retailer Account prior to participating. Connected Vendors, Retailers, and Sales Agencies in the Syncware Wholesale Network, have access to ALL orders exchanged through the relationship. Sales Agencies and Retailers will only see old orders placed within 30 days of signing up.
Once a Sales Agency has created their Syncware Sales Agency Account, they will need to accept the invitation within the platform to establish a relationship. To view, accept, and manage your vendor and retailer connections, select Connections from the navigation menu. From the Connections page, you can:
- search/view pending and connected Syncware vendors
- accept/reject Syncware vendor invitations
