Integrating Total Biz Fulfillment

The following workflows are supported for this integration:

  • Orders/Shipments

To integrate Total Biz with your Syncware account, you'll need to

  1. Add Total Biz to Syncware
  2. Connect your Total Biz account
  3. Map your workflows
  4. Configure your settings

Add Total Biz

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. On the Integrations page, click ADD INTEGRATION.
  3. On the Integrations List page, search Total Biz, and click ADD.
  4. You will be presented with the applicable fees for the integration. To proceed, click REVIEW.
  5. You will be presented with a summary of the fees that will be billed to you. If you approve, click APPROVE.

Result

Total Biz will be added to your Syncware account as an integration.


Connect your Total Biz account

In order to connect Total Biz to Syncware you will need to reach out to the Total Biz team.  They will need to complete your TBF reports setup.  As part of this set up they will provide you with the following details:

  • FTP Host
  • FTP User
  • FTP Password
  • Order Folder

Add these details to Syncware:

  • Log into Syncware
  • Click Integrations
  • Click CONNECT next to Total Biz
  • Enter the details above
  • Click CONNECT

Result

Your Total Biz integration will be connected to Syncware.


Map your workflows

Before you begin, ensure you've reviewed the instructional video for building your workflow with Sync Builder.

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Sync Builder.
  2. On the Sync Builder page, Total Biz will be displayed in the Integrations and Actions menu to the left. Use the arrow to display the Total Biz available actions.

Configure your settings

  1. From the navigation menu select Integrations.
  2. Click the Configure button to the right of your Total Biz integration.
  3. On the Configure Integration page, select the integration fields that you would like configured and input the required information.
