How to identify root cause of an order in status SERVER_ERROR


Step 1: Click the exclamation mark next to SERVER_ERROR status (). It usually gives the cause of error.

Step 2: If the information is inconclusive, re-export the order by selecting it, and click "Export" ( mceclip0.png). The order should stay in SERVER_ERROR status.

Step 3: Inspect the error log. To do so, navigate to "Event Log" and click "Detail Log".
