How to import Brandwise orders into Syncware manually

STEP 1 – Download Brandwise Order batch file as XML

1-A: Login to Brandwise portal and click on the “eye” icon next to a batch you want to import.

1-B: Select the “Xml file with report data” option from the Save icon

STEP 2: Import the order XML file into Syncware

2-1: Login to Syncware and go to STAGING > Endpoints and click on Play icon next to BrandwiseFTP :: GetOrdersFromFile action row.  Select the recently downloaded XML file, and click Save.

The orders from the batch will show under STAGING > Orders
