How to fix the Invalid Reference Id: Product/Service assigned to this transaction has been deleted

This error indicates that a SKU on the incoming order from the source cannot be pushed to Quickbooks because the SKU has been deleted.

Instructions

Log into Syncware:

  1. Choose Staging > Orders
  2. Select the order with the error and choose the document icon (has a magnifying glass).

  3. Find the SKUs on the order by scrolling down to the line items and check against them in Quickbooks. 

  4. Update Quickbooks with the deleted item. Make sure to set the date of the item prior to the order date.
