Canceling my subscription

Syncware provides the ability to cancel your subscription.

Procedure

  1. From the bottom of the left navigation menu select Settings>Subscription.
  2. On the Subscription page, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
  3. A message will appear prompting you to select a cancellation reason, once you've selected the reason, click NEXT.
  4. A second message will appear prompting you to provide feedback, if applicable, click, NEXT.
  5. A third message will appear to confirm your intent to cancel your subscription. Review the message and enter "Cancel" into the text box. Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION to confirm.

Results

A message will appear confirming that your subscription was canceled. This will trigger the cancellation of your subscription prior to the next monthly renewal.

Note: Removing all integrations on your account DOES NOT cancel your account subscription. You must follow the steps outlined above to cancel your account subscription.
