Adding workflow actions with Sync Builder

Before you begin

Ensure that you have at least two integrations added to your Syncware account. If you do not have two integrations on your account, review Adding an integration.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation menu select Integrations > Sync Builder.
  2. On the Sync Builder page, you'll see the integrations you've added displayed on the left menu with a workspace to the right. Use the arrow next to each integration to display the available actions.
  3. Identify the actions that are needed for your workflow (import orders, export orders, etc.).
  4. From the menu, click and drag the actions that you would like to add to the workspace on the right.
  5. Once you have added the actions for your workflow, click SAVE.

Results

Actions required for your integration will now be ready to be configured and verified.

Next steps

Repeat the steps above for all applicable actions that you intend to have in your workflow. Once complete, configure the settings for each integration. To learn more about common settings for the systems you're integrating to, refer to the Integration Guides.
