Integrating Business Central

To obtain your API access token please follow the following steps:

1. Please login to Microsoft Azure and navigate to Azure Active Directory (Tutorial: Register an app with Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Apps ).

2. Navigate to the App Registrations

3. Click on the New Registration and create with the Name

4. Once you add it, please navigate to API Permissions and add Business Central in it as well Grant it (Please make sure the Admin Consent, should be NO or not set from the API permissions.).

5. The Application Id and Client Secret can be retrieved as shown below.

7. Once all is done in Azure Portal, please login back to Syncware.
8. Navigate to Integrations > Click Configure Next to Business Central
9. You will be prompted a popup to enter their Business Portal Application Id, Client Id, and Client Secret.

10. Upon clicking Save and Connect, users will be prompted to enter their Business Portal login, and approval to connect to the Syncware application.
11. Navigate back to Syncware > Integrations > Configure next to Business Central, and enter the following values:
    1. Company Name,
    2. Applicable Default Values
