Unlocking your account

If you’ve attempted to log into your Syncware account three times with an incorrect password, your account will be temporarily locked for security purposes.

Before you begin

Ensure you know the username or email address you use to log into your Syncware account.

Procedure

  1. From the Syncware Help Center, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any article to access the Help Beacon.
  2. In the Help Beacon, enter the required information and indicate that your account has been locked, click Send a message.

Result

You’ve created an email case with the Syncware Support team and they will work to reactivate your account. Once your account has been reactivated, you will receive an email confirmation.
