How to Fix Orders that Will Not Export to Quickbooks Desktop

When an order will not export to Quickbooks Desktop from Syncware, here are some basic steps to try to troubleshoot the issue.

Check the following:

  1. Only one company file is open.
  2. There are no other Quickbook sessions running the Web Connector at the same time.
  3. Make sure the Web Connector is set to run automatically.

Once you have checked all that, run the Web Connector until it finishes and see if the orders are pulled into Quickbooks. If they have not been imported into Quickbooks, check the status of the order to see if it has changed:
