Troubleshooting Faire

Once your integration is complete, your data will begin to flow and sync. There may be times you'll need to troubleshoot your integration. Here are common questions and answers we hear from customers.

Issue Troubleshooting steps
I've identified an order that is missing.

First, verify the status of the order in Faire.

Note: the default status that Syncware pulls is NEW only.

  • If the order IS NOT in a NEW status, contact Faire for help changing the status of the order.
  • If the order IS in a NEW status, manually run the order endpoint. Contact Syncware if the problem persists.
