Automating your workflow

Before you begin

Ensure that you have added actions to your workflow in Sync Builder and have configured the settings for each integration.

Note: At least two integrations and actions are required to automate a workflow.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation menu select Integrations>Sync Builder.
  2. On the Sync Builder page, locate the actions in your workspace you'd like to automate. For example, you’d like to automate an order source and an end system like Faire to Shopify.
  3. Create a line from the first action to the second action. To do this, click the black dot on the bottom of the first action and drag it to the top of the second action. Note: Actions must be placed in your workspace with the first action above the second action before creating the line.

  4. Click SAVE.
  5. From the navigation menu select Sync Status.
  6. On the Sync Status page, identify the actions you connected using Sync Builder and click the SYNC MODE toggle on to automate your workflow.

Results

Workflow actions defined will be automatic at the run frequency set.
