Setting run frequencies
Before you begin
Ensure that you have added actions to your workflow in Sync Builder and have configured the settings for each integration.
Procedure
- From the navigation menu select Integrations > Sync Status.
- On the Sync Status page, locate the action you would like to set your run frequency for.
- In the RUN FREQUENCY column, click the drop-down to select the frequency you would like for your action to take place. Refer to the table for recommendations.

Recommended Run Frequency |
|---|---|
| Orders | 1 hour |
| Shipment | 2-4 hours |
| Inventory | 4 or more hours |
| Import Customers | 24 hours |

Results
A run frequency will be set for your selected action.
