Updating your email address

In the instance, you need to update the email address associated with your Syncware account you’ll need to contact the Syncware Support team.

Before you begin

Ensure you're logged into your Syncware account.

Procedure

1. From any page in the platform, click the question mark icon in the top right to open the Help Beacon.

   In the Help Beacon, click the Ask tab on the top.

   Select your preferred channel of communication:

   1. Chat:

      1. Enter the details of your request for an email address update, and press Enter.

         Email case:

      2. Enter the required information and click Next.
      3. Enter your name and the details of your request for an email address update, click Send a message.

Result

You’ve reached out to the Syncware Support team and they will work to update the email address on your account. Once updated, you will receive an email confirmation.
