Managing your billing information

Syncware allows you to easily manage your billing and subscriptions for various integrations with the Subscription and Billing pages. These pages provides central locations to:

  • Review your subscriptions and integrations
  • Access and update your billing details

Accessing Subscription Information

To view and manage your subscription details:

  1. Log in to Syncware and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Under Settings, click on Subscription to access your subscription information.
  3. On the Subscription Details page, you can view:
    • Total monthly charges
    • Individual integrations and the monthly charges associated
    • Payment method

Accessing Billing Information

To view and manage your billing details:

  1. Log in to Syncware and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Under Settings, click on Billing to access your billing information.
  3. On the Billing page, you can:
    • Replace your payment method
    • View your billing currency
    • Download monthly paid invoices
    • Access and use credits that may be applied to your account
